I am given to understand that many readers have been waiting for my research into this topic. Before we begin, you can see a video illustration of the Line City here: https://youtu.be/0kz5vEqdaSc
“The Line”… which should really be renamed “The Prison”, is a project in Neom, that falls under the Saudi Vision 2030. It’s a compressed city that fits within 170km long mirror’d walls. The project professes that it’s aim is to preserve surrounding nature while providing a completely different civilizational way of living. More information can be found here.
Below is a video sent to us that this city is already being constructed.
It’s a contradiction in and of itself. It will remove humans from nature, and trap/confine them into a bubble where “all their needs” are within walking distance. This agenda is being pushed by a “zero emissions” narrative, which we haven’t stopped hearing about for the last 5 years.
The aim, in my opinion, is to remove humans from nature.
While the initial sight of this “Linear City” can seem quite attractive as it is futuristic, practical, cool, convenient, and good for preserving wildlife, do we really believe that this is the true purpose of the project?
Let’s take the facts of this Line City;
Confines millions of people into a small 3D space, on top of eachother
Removes humans from nature and earth
Promotes easier control of humans as they will be trapped within a confined space
Our entire ancestry and reason of survival was our ability to dominate land and claim territory -and this hasn’t changed. Living somewhere like this will mean no civilian owns any land and the rest of the earth can be owned by governing bodies.
The people behind this idea claim the following;
“No roads, cars or emissions, it will run on 100% renewable energy and 95% of land will be preserved for nature. People's health and wellbeing will be prioritized over transportation and infrastructure, unlike traditional cities.”
As mentioned before, this is an amazing idea (the idea of preserving wildlife and Earth) -but what are the true intentions here?
NEOM, the Saudi Arabia city being built with this smart technology, will become a hub for new technologies, including artificial intelligence, green technologies, digital currencies, biotechnology, autonomous vehicles etc.
Before all of this, though, was an idea for this to be built.
Whose idea? China’s.
China and Saudi Arabia set up a $20 billion investment fund in 2016, with the goal of linking Saudi Vision 2030 (which includes the Line City) with China's Belt and Road Initiative.
We the people.
